Travel clinics do not provide telephone consultations due to medical/legal concerns. Appointments are required and there are fees for administration and some vaccines.
(OHIP does not cover pre-travel counselling; some third party plans may cover pre-travel immunizations)
Please be aware that the waiting period for appointments at Region of Waterloo International Travel Clinic can be from 2 - 3 months long. Also, many vaccines take time to become effective, and some vaccines must be given in a series over a period of days, or sometimes weeks.
