• Off Highway 85 between Waterloo and Elmira
• Enter the Roundabout at Arthur St. and Sawmill Road (Road 17) (Picard Peanuts) and take the third exit
• Take the first road to the left (Parkside Drive)
• Woolwich Community Health Centre will be on your right (10 Parkside Dr.)
