Woolwich Community Health Centre welcomes volunteers! If you have some time to spare and would like to help, volunteering is a great way to contribute to your community.

There are many volunteer opportunities. Volunteers take part in the following roles:

• committees and advisory groups,
• Board of Directors,
• community programs and
• administrative roles and/or support.

Volunteer roles may vary at each health centre. You can apply for a position by completing a volunteer application form (click here - PDF document). These forms are available at the reception desks at each health centre in St. Jacobs and in Wellesley. All volunteers are screened and complete an orientation before starting to volunteer.

Volunteering is a great way to develop new skills, meet new people and have fun!

Applications for student placements are also considered.
